Caerphilly County Borough Council have awarded three providers to the framework arrangement for the provision of Support at Home across the four lots. Please note that this Contract Award Notice is to inform the market of the outcome of successful bidders joining the flexible framework for their respective lots. The arrangement is a collaborative arrangement with Blaenau Gwent CBC. The Support at Home arrangement is to deliver Domiciliary Care and Respite at Home for Adults and Children. The framework is divided into lots, providers can tender for one or more lots. The Service will support the needs of the following people Children and Young People (under the age of 18) Older People People with Dementia People with a Learning Disability People with a Physical and/or Sensory Impairment, including Acquired Brain Injury People with a Mental Health problem People with a substance misuse problem The Service is to be provided within the Individual’s own home, this could mean a home they own, social landlord tenancy, private landlord tenancy, extra care or supported living tenancy. There can be no guarantee to the amount of work awarded under this framework It should be noted that the re opening of the arrangement at this time is for lot 1, 2, 3 and lot 4 for Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent Adults and Children. The contract value advertised in this notice includes the total framework value Ex VAT for the Remainer of the contract of 52 months Lot 1: Provision of Support at Home for Adults - Caerphilly To provide a Support at Home Service (Domiciliary Care and Respite at home Service) for Adult Services for Caerphilly CBC. Caerphilly Council has limited the number of service providers to be awarded to this lot to a maximum of 3 Service Providers. The Commissioner reserves the right to increase the maximum number of Service Providers per lot if capacity issues are experienced during the period of the framework. This process shall be run in line with refresh periods. Full Details were issued in the ITT. Please note that the duration in months is the maximum potential 52 months remaining on this arrangement and the commencement is from the 23 June 2025. The estimated cost for this framework is based on current rates and level of service for the maximum number of months remaining under this framework for Caerphilly Adults' only Lot 2: Provision Support at Home for Adults Blaenau Gwent To provide a Support at Home Service (Domiciliary Care and Respite at home Service) for Adult Services for Blaenau Gwent CBC. Blaenau Gwent Council has limited the number of service providers to be awarded to this lot to a maximum of 2 Service Providers.
