Description
The purpose of this procurement process is to secure a global solution for Tourism Ireland's managed payroll and support services across its global network of offices. The contract(s) will provide Tourism Ireland with the following services in respect of payroll management and processing: provide a full and comprehensive payroll service for up to the number of current employees per territory including pensioners, plus support services. Tenderers may apply to service the requirements of: — one office location/territory, — more than on office location/territory, — all office locations/territories. For further details please refer to the documentation attached for downloading. Lot 1 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Australia Office in Sydney. Lot 2 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Belgium Office in Brussels. Lot 3 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Danish Office in Copenhagen. Lot 4 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's France Market Office in Paris. Lot 5 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's German Office in Frankfurt. Lot 6 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Office in Dublin. Lot 7 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Italian Market Office in Milan. Lot 8 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Netherlands Market Office in Amsterdam Lot 9 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's Spain Market Office in Madrid. Lot 10 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's US Office in New York. Lot 11 relates to managed payroll and associated services in for Tourism Ireland's NI and GB Offices in Coleraine, London and Glasgow.
