Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Authority, intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Insurance services be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all insurance and related services required by UK Central Government Departments. The current agreement (RM6020) has lots for Brokerage and Associated Services (with access to Insurers via a DPS RM6138) and Claims Management providers. We aim to continue this format and will also consider, as part of our engagement, additional lots for specific areas such as Social Housing. IS4 will include a lot with a focus on social housing insurance (lot 3), this lot will in addition support contracting authorities across the public sector to efficiently source low value insurance and related services. Suppliers awarded to the brokerage and related services lot (lot 1) may not also bid to be awarded to lot 3 (suppliers awarded to the brokerage and related services lot 1 may still offer lower value insurance spend across the public sector). Further competitions for lot 1 and lot 3 will be carried out between suppliers awarded to the DPS (RM6138). Lot 1: Brokerage and related services Insurance brokerage and associated services, typically including cover for the following classes of insurance: Liability, Property, Motor, Insurance and Travel. Insurance brokerage and associated services, a broad range of services a typical example will include: Assurance services, Audits, Claims Handling, Consultancy, Courtesy car and relief vehicle, Incident investigation and Loss analysis / forecasting. Compensation claims handling and associated services. Additional information: Suppliers can only bid to be on either Lot 1 or Lot 3 for this commercial agreement. Lot 2: Claims handling and related services Insurance brokerage and associated services, typically including cover for the following classes of insurance: Liability, Property, Motor, Insurance and Travel. Insurance brokerage and associated services, a broad range of services a typical example will include: Assurance services, Audits, Claims Handling, Consultancy, Courtesy car and relief vehicle, Incident investigation and Loss analysis / forecasting. Compensation claims handling and associated services. Lot 3: Insurance Advisory and Related Services Insurance brokerage and associated services, typically including cover for the following classes (nature and quantity of of insurance: Liability, Property, Motor, Insurance and Travel. Insurance brokerage and works, supplies or services associated services, a broad range of services a typical example will include: Assurance or indication of needs and services, Audits, Claims Handling, Consultancy, Courtesy car and relief vehicle, Incident requirements) investigation and Loss analysis / forecasting. Compensation claims handling and associated services. Additional information: Suppliers can only bid to be on either Lot 1 or Lot 3 for this commercial agreement.
