The Money Advice Service was looking for one service provider to reproduce and enhance 2 of its existing online tools: — the guaranteed income products (annuities), — comparison table, and — the income drawdown comparison tool. This service must include the data provision. The MAS was looking for one service provider to reproduce and enhance 2 of its existing online tools: — the guaranteed income products (annuities), — comparison table and — the income drawdown comparison tool (with data). Guaranteed income products comparison Table: Also known as the annuities comparison table. The chosen provider needs to: a) exactly replicate the existing tool’s customer journey and provide indicative quotations in real time to customers from all open market annuity providers. b) build an additional journey which allows customers to input detailed medical information (based on the common quotation form) and receive more precise quotations in real time from all open market enhanced annuity providers. Income drawdown comparison tool: The chosen provider needs to: a) build a customer journey which comprises educational content, an interactive income estimator and an interactive comparison table, b) supply information on product features, investment options and costs and charges via a real-time data feed for all products classified as income drawdown products and available in the open market either direct or via intermediaries.
