Lot 1: Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a single supplier for the Mechanical Services contract for the Councils Corporate buildings which consist of offices, depots, community centres and museums. The Mechanical Services contract will provide planned and reactive services. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive Mechanical services, including but not limited to Gas Boiler Servicing, Water Hygiene Services including Water Risk Assessments, Air Conditioning Servicing and Duct/Extractor Cleaning.
