Description

Forestry England will be awarding Concession Leases for the provision of a high-quality forest nets adventure product at fifteen sites across the nation's forests. We will award this opportunity through a Lease agreement which will expiry in 2033, awarding a maximum Lease period of 10 years. There will be a mutual annual break point from year 3 of the Lease agreement, subject to 12 months' notice. The annual estimated turnover of this opportunity per site is £400k - £500k
