Cheshire East Borough Council is seeking to secure a single provider to deliver Advocacy, Independent Visitor services for Children and Young People and age assessment for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). The requirement is divided into three distinct offers, all to be provided by a single supplier.
