Ireland’s participation at World Expo 2025 Osaka is an all-of-Government initiative co-ordinated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on behalf of the Government as part of the Global Ireland strategy. Expo Osaka 2025 commenced on 13th April 2025, with approximately 160 countries and international organisations participating. The Department of Foreign Affair and Trade requires Consultancy support for an independent, evidence-based evaluation of Ireland’s Expo 2025 under the criteria of effectiveness and learning.
