Provision of emergency light testing. Major annual service, inspection and testing, 6 month inspection of air conditioning units Maintenance and service to heating systems and equipment (HVAC). Maintenance and service to water systems and outlets. Maintenance and service to goods and passenger lifts. Maintenance and service to fire protection systems. Maintenance and service to fire alarm and detection systems. Maintenance and service to gas safety inspections distribution and building. Maintenance and service to gas safety inspections gas fuelled equipment.
