Framework service contract for Copernicus Emergency Management Service related to the Drought component in line with the Copernicus cross delegation and administrative arrangement with DG DEFIS. This call for tenders is for the provision of services to ensure continuity, development, and synchronization of the European and the Global Drought Observatories (EDO and GDO) under the Copernicus Emergency Management Service (CEMS).
