Digital tool for quality management

Description

A general, complete, digital, and cloud based tool for quality management in Lier Municipality. The tool must, as a minimum, fulfil ISO 9001:2015 or more recent and other relevant standards. The tool must cover document management, messages (deviations, improvement proposals, injury to employees, injury to pupils, messages from external users, relatives, guardians, etc.), risk and vulnerability analyses, able to generate reports and statistics and be administered locally. Lot 1: A general, complete, digital, and cloud based tool for quality management in Lier Municipality. The tool must, as a minimum, fulfil ISO 9001:2015 or more recent and other relevant standards. The tool must cover document management, messages (deviations, improvement proposals, injury to employees, injury to pupils, messages from external users, relatives, guardians, etc.), risk and vulnerability analyses, able to generate reports and statistics and be administered locally. Start of contract: 20 September 2021. The contract will first be valid for 3 years, with automatic extensions until notice is given by one of the parties, see the attached contract (SSA-L Contract for Ongoing Services over the Internet). The volume is estimated to be approx. NOK 2.5 million or higher based on operation and support for 10 years. The volume for this contract is estimated on the basis of statistics and accounting figures for equivalent procurements in previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate that is not binding for the contracting authority.
