This is a PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C Intention to Award Notice. North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board intend to award a contract under PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C for continued services being provided by two existing providers who are both providing a satisfactory service. The lifetime values of each contract are listed below: Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees - North Tees £1,420,536.39 Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland - South Tees £1,420,536.39 Each contract is for 13 April 2026 - 31 March 2027. Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) are designed to support mental health and wellbeing of children and young people (CYP) in and around schools and colleges. Lot 1: Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees - North Tees This is a PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C Intention to Award Notice. North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board intend to award a contract under PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C for continued services being provided by an existing provider who are providing a satisfactory service. The lifetime value of the contract is £1,420,536.39 and the contract is for 13 April 2026 - 31 March 2027. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the Standstill Period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 10 April 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
