Legionella Risk Assessments

The contract has been put in place to comple of Legionella Risk Assessments for approximately 57 Schools and approximately 132 non-domestic Council buildings. The Council reserve the right to add or remove buildings throughout the life of the contract. Lot 1: Gateshead Council have put in place a contract for a contractor to complete Legionella Risk Assessments for approximately 57 Schools and approximately 132 non-domestic Council buildings. The Council reserve the right to add or remove buildings throughout the life of the contract. The purpose of the contract is to appoint a fully qualified, experienced contractor to carry out a detailed Legionella Risk Assessments, providing the supporting documentation including a detailed written scheme of control for each school and one standard written scheme of control for council buildings
