The Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) on behalf of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT) wish to carry out a preliminary market engagement with interested providers. This market engagement is intended to inform the market that the BHSCT are proposing to tender for the provision of Primary Care Talking Therapies Service for Service Users aged 18+ years within the BHSCT. The BHSCT have published a preliminary market engagement (CfT Reference no: 6508040) for this tender which will take the form of a Briefing Paper and Questionnaire for providers to respond to. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement is to raise awareness of an upcoming procurement, gauge the level of interest in the provision of such services, and in advance of tender advertisement make potential providers aware of the following; Key service requirements; The introduction of the new Procurement Act 2023; Northern Ireland Procurement Policy Notes (PPN’s) relating to Social Value and Human Rights that will be included in any future Tender; Cyber Security requirements; and Sustainability and Net Zero requirements.
