Contract for the Provision of Mental Health Supported Housing

LBH Joint Commissioning is seeking to commission a specialist mental health supported accommodation service for vulnerable adults in Hounslow. The service will operate across two buildings in Hounslow and a total of 34 units of accommodation. This service was originally part of a framework tender which went out in August 2025, it is being re-tendered as a standalone contract with a revised requirement. The eligibility criteria have been broadened to include experienced providers of mental health supported accommodation who are eligible for exempt accommodation rates of Housing Benefit i.e. Registered Providers of Social Housing, Registered Charities or Community Interest Companies.
