This PIN is to notify the market that UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) is planning to launch a procurement for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating (MEPH) and Minor Works Services for the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences in May/2025. This procurement will be run through the DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services. The services for the provision of Mechanical & Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance are mainly but not be limited to: Planned maintenance of mechanical & electrical services, Statutory Maintenance, Operation and maintenance of specialist building systems, plant and equipment, L8 water system compliance, small works and project support, Stores and consumables management including critical spares.
