Video subtitling

DSS intends to establish a parallel framework agreement with three tenderers to cover the need or video subtitling. The framework agreement will help to ensure that the videos published on www.regjeringen.no and other underlying sites that are owned by the Ministries and SMK have a universal design: - The framework agreement involves subtitling and transcription of videos from Norwegian to Norwegian and videos from English to Norwegian. - Assignments performed under the framework agreement must undergo quality assurance and be proofread by a person other than the person who performed the actual subtitling for the assignment. - The final result the individual assignment will consist of a text or srt file in accordance with the specifications of the agreement. The Departmentenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) [Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation] is responsible for the agreement and is also a contract party. The agreement also applies for businesses within the department community. The businesses are listed in annex 1 of the framework agreement.
