Description
The phased demolition of the existing school buildings and the construction of a new 2-storey school, consisting of 32- classrooms, associated teaching spaces, offices, general purpose hall, special needs units, associated car and bus parking, off-street drop-off and collection area, and service area at Knockmay, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. The total Gross Floor Area of the project is approximately 5,506 m2. Sections of the existing school will remain in operation until the new school is constructed. The development is to be carried out on a site of circa 2.42 hectares including all associated ground and landscape works. Clancy Construction awarded contract
