Software consultancy services

Description

Contract for consultancy services for the ESR platform from Geodata AS. New Veier AS has over the years used ArcGIS software sold by Geodata AS in our activities to process/create map-based materials. Since Nye Veier AS has made significant efforts both related to finances and HRs for establishing internal map-based systems and processing map-based data, we want to continue to use the ArcGIS software. As a result, we want to purchase consulting services for the ESR platform from Geodata AS, since Geodata AS is the only provider who is offering this as a focused service in Norway. Nye Veier AS acknowledge that ESRI expertise is available to at other consultancy engineering companies, but we consider this competence to have a more internal focus on supporting own projects and businesses rather than offering genuine expertise in the market. The consultancy services Nye Veier wants to procure from Geodata AS, in accordance with this notice, are primarily related to technical and strategic advice, annual follow-up in accordance agreed plan, testing concepts and systems and specific support/training. FYI: Geodata has currently more than 80 consultants with core expertise related to this software, and all leading ESRI environments in Norway are also using Geodata's knowledge. The contract period is 4 years from 1 July 2020.
