MARKET WARMING EVENT - THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION INTRODUCTION Bolton Council are in the process of considering the options for the future design and procurement of the Integrated Wellness Support Service. A brief service overview/infographic is provided in Appendix A. The current contract expires on 30th November 2026 therefore the council is currently making plans for a future contract. We would like to hold an online Market Warming Event in February (further details below) to ensure viability of delivering across the lifetime of the contract, it is anticipated that the contract length will be a minimum of 3 years +2 +2 DETAILS OF MARKET WARMING EVENT Date: Thursday 12th February 2026 Time: 09:00am Platform: Microsoft Teams The Market Warming Event will aim to give potential providers the opportunity to learn more about the scope, model and future vision of the service. There will also be an opportunity for questions at the end. HOW TO EXPRESS AN INTEREST IN ATTENDING THE (ONLINE) EVENT To enable us to better understand the market and gauge numbers for the online event, organisations are invited to express an interest in attending the above Market Warming Event by emailing phcontracts@bolton.gov.uk to provide the following information; • Name and email address (a Teams meeting invite will be sent to all email addresses provided) • Organisation name • Job title of attendee/s You must express your interesting in attending the online market warming event by 5pm on Thursday 5th February 2026.
