Description

The HSE is issuing this Request to Participate (“RTP”) in a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereafter ‘the DPS’) for the Provision of a Compliance Information Management System Solution also known as a Quality Information Management System (referred to as CMIS hereafter). A CMIS is a comprehensive digital system which supports all aspects of an organisation’s regulatory/compliance/quality management. It is made up of a number of different modules and functionalities, each one enables the user to carry out a specific type of activity, e.g. document management, non-conformance or audit actions. Using a CMIS allows a proactive rather than reactive approach to managing processes, as a result of improved document management and communications of related tasks. The HSE wish to use the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) procurement process to award this Contract. Lot 270274: DPS Process for the Provision of a Compliance Management Information System (CMIS) Solution A CMIS solution is required to support the development, implementation, configuration, migration, management, upgrade, review, analysis and reporting of data relating to quality and patient safety activities including other requirements listed in the attached tender documents. 
