Description
The Agency intends to establish a large intermediate storage capacity to improve the efficiency of the response operations to recover oil at sea provided by the EU Member States as well as by the EMSA network of oil recovery vessels. Lot 1: The objective of this procurement is to contract either a single vessel or a 'pool' of vessels arrangement with large capacity to provide intermediate storage for recovered oil at sea.
