NO-22-04 Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice, for an administration/decision support system

Description

Alvdal, Folldal, Rendalen, Tolga, and Tynset Municipalities intend to enter into a new joint contract with Framsikt AS as a supplier of a joint system for an administration and decision support system. The contracting authority has carried out investigations in the market, and cannot find that there are any other systems in the market that meet the contracting authority’s needs. The contracting authority therefore intends to enter into a contract directly with Framsikt AS pursuant to the PPR, section 5-2. Objections must be submitted through the Mercell communication module by 13 July at 12 noon. Lot 1: The municipalities intend to procure a system from Framsikt that covers the needs for analysis, finance plan, annual budget, reporting, and business plan. The contracting authority is also considering options to include modules for politicians, a municipal plan, and warnings in the system. The intention of the procurement is to give the contracting authority a general system for performance management.
