4849.DM.26 - Event Management Services for AMRC (Dynamic Suppliers List)

Description

The University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) is establishing a Dynamic Supplier List (DSL) for the provision of events agency services. This DSL will support the University of Sheffield AMRC's main campus in Rotherham and our affiliated AMRC sites in Sheffield, Wales, and Lancashire. Currently, the AMRC manages event-related expenditure of approximately £20,000 to £150,000 per annum with different suppliers. This decentralised approach is both unmanageable and uneconomical. <br /><br />The creation of a DSL will streamline our procurement process and consolidate our supplier base. We anticipate a significant number of events will occur throughout the year, ranging from small-scale gatherings to major corporate, technology and industrial related events, including potential high-profile government or royal engagements. Further information & a series of examples of the type of events which could arise, are provided within the tender documents which can be accessed & downloaded via this portal.<br /><br />At the University’s (AMRC) discretion, it can direct award contracts under this DSL to any listed supplier which it deems capable of being able to provide the work/service required. <br /><br />If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the Correspondence facility on this site, after registering, expressing your interest & downloading the documents. <br /><br />Providers are able to submit applications throughout the life of the DSL & currently, the final date for potential providers to request the tender documents is 19th APRIL 2029
