Description

The Contractor shall design, construct, complete, test and hand over the Works in full accordance with the Employer’s Requirements, the Specification, and all statutory and regulatory obligations. The Works include all design development, coordination, construction, services installation, siteworks, testing, commissioning and statutory approvals necessary to deliver the completed facility fit for occupation and use. The project comprises the design and build of residential housing units, specifically the completion of Block C at 113–115 Dundrum Road, Newcastle, including all associated external works, siteworks, utilities, drainage and any required interfaces with the wider development. Blocks A and B are outside the scope of this Contract.
