CLOUD/HOSTED INTEGRATED HOUSING SYSTEM

Description

CHA wishes to procure a hosted/ cloud- based IT solution that will be used to manage and support the following key business areas: Housing Management Functions: Rent Accounting, Tenancy Management, complaints, voids and lets Property Maintenance Functions: Asset Management, contract management, repairs administration, Landlord Health and Safety, support Facilities Management requirements for 40 bed space unit Provision of Factoring Services Customer Relationship Management & Customer Self Service areas Financial Management Functions: General/Purchase/Sales ledgers, fixed assets, component account cash book and VAT, Group structure finance requirements Reporting Functionality within all areas: Financial, Housing Management, Property Maintenance, Regulatory requirements, GDPR & Freedom of information It is a specific requirement of the commission that the new system is in place and fully operational by April 2024. Provision of a cloud-based/hosted integrated Housing IT system to include the following functionality: Housing Management- rents, allocations, estate management, contact management Repairs and maintenance Asset management Finance Factoring Customer relationship management and customer self service areas Ability to provide standard and bespoke reporting including SHR and ARC reporting Procurement also requires delivering of IT training to Housing Association staff
