Description
Acquisition of pre-spotted plates, consisting of plastic microtiter plates for real time PCR containing dried primers and probes. In each well one assay will be spotted corresponding to 2 primers and 1 dually labelled probe. Different layouts of pre-spotted plates, compatible with a number of real time PCR instruments, to be produced and delivered to JRC Ispra (ITALY) or JRC Geel (BELGIUM). Supply of pre spotted plates (PSP) for detection of GM food and feed by real time PCR.
