The provision of Executive search and recruitment services for senior leadership appointments, including Chief Executive Officer. Lot 1: The Authority required executive recruitment support for an Executive-level appointment, specifically the Chief Executive Officer role. Executive recruitment requires a specialist executive search approach to identify and attract high-calibre candidates with relevant sector and leadership experience. The contract was awarded by direct award under Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6290: Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services (Lot 2), which includes suppliers with proven experience in board-level and senior executive recruitment. As part of the award process, suppliers were evaluated against key requirements for the delivery of an executive search service, including: Capability and fit: demonstrable experience delivering senior executive and CEO recruitment assignments, including within public and regulated sectors. Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI): a strong commitment to EDI, including diverse candidate outreach and inclusive candidate engagement. Delivery approach: a clear, structured methodology with indicative timescales for each stage of the process. Reach and resourcing: national coverage across the UK, ensuring access to a broad and diverse talent pool across public and private sectors. Commercials: a transparent and competitive fee structure aligned to the framework pricing, with an agreed discounted rate for any additional roles required during the contract term.
