Flooring and carpet works 2025 - 2026

Description

The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract which covers all flooring and carpet works for the period stated. The tender covers works for Repairs & Maintenance (Responsive Repairs, Voids and Adaptations). There is scope for 3 x 12 month extensions on this tender, and the award criteria will be based on 40% price, 40% quality & 20% social value in accordance with the documents provided.
