Procurement of OH2 (Overhaul 2) VMI (Vehicle Maintenance Instructions) Work, corrosion repair, painting and associated movements, Bogie Overhaul, into 2 lots. Lot 1 • Completion of the OH2 minus scope on 8 trains, each consisting of one DVT (driving van trailer) and 5 passenger coaches, totalling 48 vehicles. • High level summary of Scope:  Overhaul or replacement of:  Removal of bogies and fitment of overhauled bogies  Gangways  Door gear and control equipment  Pneumatic hoses  Drawgear and couplers  DVT brake equipment including brake controller and all control valves  Electrical equipment (WSP, isolation switches)  Batteries  Inter-vehicle Jumpers o Inspection/repair of all exterior panels and underframe structure and completion of associated corrosion repairs o Vehicle testing o Vehicle painting Lot 2 • Bogie Overhaul.
