Detection and analysis apparatus

Description

Sykehuset Telemark (Telemark Hospital) needs to procure one NGS instrument for cancer diagnosis. The laboratory will carry out goal-oriented sequencing of FFPE samples with a cancer gene panel in order to detect somatic mutations. There must be a solution for detection of point mutations/small insertions and deletions, larger duplications and deletions (CNVs) and fusion genes. The procurement will include all equipment/software (without cloud storage) that the laboratory needs for sample preparation, sequencing, analysis and interpretation of data. Sample preparation should be automated, either integrated in the sequencing instrument, on a new robot that is included in the tender or on Biomek fxp (with program/protocol that already exists and is in use at other laboratories).
