WCC- Bikeability services - Cycle training

Description

Warwickshire County Council aimed to establish a three year for the delivery of cycle training across the periods 2026/2027, 2027/2028, and 2028/2029. There will be the option to extend beyond the initial term to a maximum of a further 24 months in tranches of 12 months. The funding for the Cycle training is provided to WCC, as the Grant Recipient, by the Bikeability Trust and by ATE. The contract was divided into two lots to cover multiple districts and boroughs. Lot 1: covers North Warwickshire Borough, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough, and Rugby Borough. Lot 2: covers Warwick District and Stratford District. Providers were permitted to bid for one or both lots, with the intention to award one provider per lot based on the highest overall score. An Open Procedure was selected for this tender. The tender included mandatory pass/fail questions, followed by scored evaluations. The weighting model was set at 85% Quality (non cost), 10% Social Value (non cost), and 5% Cost. One bid was received. The evaluation was carried out by WCC officers in line with the published scoring criteria, and consensus scores were agreed for all qualitative responses. ## Contract award Title: Bikeability Cycling Training Lots: - Lot 1: North Warwickshire - Lot 2: South Warwickshire
