The Council was looking to introduce an innovative process for a collaborative model to maintain the highway network countywide. The goal is to ensure permanent road repairs that extend asset life and address surface safety issues. The Council will work with a supplier who can offer innovative ways of working with the use and development of innovative material solutions.
