ASIG (Albanian State Authority for Geospatial Information) and GARS (Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs) administers the institution's need for the purchase of drones in order to increase their technological capacity. Lot 1: Sub-contract 1 — Purchase of Drone (UAV) to GARS Rapid changes in infrastructure, as evidenced by the comparison of previous aerial photography products, have resulted in high demand from public entities, local authorities and private entities for continuous updating of orthophotos, especially in urban areas. The aim is to update and produce orthophotos in areas with high priority due to economic development intensity, i.e. in urban areas, as well as in special coastal areas, to provide access to the public and improve geographical information both in services and with up-to-date information. GARS (Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs) administers the institution’s need for purchase of drones in order to increase the technological capacity. A drone with minimum requirements, see technical specifications for the sub-contract, will be purchased to the institution. The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, dated 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulation no. 974 of 12 August 2016 (PPR), part I. The competition is announced both on Doffin and TED to reach a broader market, but it is the rules in Part I that apply.
