Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a 5 (Five) year Term Maintenance Contract which will include, but is not exclusive, to drainage minor works, signage replacement, resurfacing, structural patching of sections of roads, Microasphalt, Stone Mastic Asphalt, Hot Rolled Asphalt, Footway slurry sealing in Swindon which have been identified as in need of highway maintenance as detailed in the respective specification and drawings (including the provision of all necessary traffic management to complete the works). Lot 1: Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a 5 (Five) year Term Maintenance Contract which will include, but is not exclusive, to drainage minor works, signage replacement, resurfacing, structural patching of sections of roads, Microasphalt, Stone Mastic Asphalt, Hot Rolled Asphalt, Footway slurry sealing in Swindon which have been identified as in need of highway maintenance as detailed in the respective specification and drawings (including the provision of all necessary traffic management to complete the works). Project Description The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is up to £20,000,000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between £20,000,000 and £28,000,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term.
