Midland Heart is seeking to procure a range of Legal Services and is looking for a high-quality solution from reputable providers who can deliver services that are clearly aligned with Midland Heart's needs. Lot 1: HR/Employment/Payroll/Health and safety This Lot includes but is not limited to the following• Employment Issues• Employment contracts• Settlement agreements• TUPE• Pensions• Health and Safety Lot 2: Housing Litigation and Housing management This Lot includes but is not limited to the following• ASB• Ombudsman complaints• Disrepair• Tenancy and leasehold possession/forfeiture and enforcement proceedings Lot 3: Treasury, Finance and Contracts This Lot includes but is not limited to the following• Tax• Capital market issues JVs and other forms of diversification, corporate banking and finance related matters• Procurement advice Lot 4: Property, Development and Building Safety This Lot includes but is not limited to the following• Site acquisitions and disposals• Contracts (JCT’s etc.)• Plot sales and staircasing• Mutuals• Planning agreements Section 106• Section 38 & 104 agreements • Building Safety Lot 5: Governance This Lot includes but is not limited to the following• Governance, Corporate, Regulatory and Statutory• Group and sector structures• Mergers and Acquisition
