The principal designer duties shall cover the complete service required for the project to provide a new or refurbished building, fully fitted-out and ready for occupation. The structural engineer duties shall cover the complete service required for the project to provide a new or refurbished building, fully fitted-out and ready for occupation. The building services engineer duties shall cover the complete service required for the project to provide a new or refurbished building, fully fitted-out and ready for occupation.
