Description

Works Requirements with particular reference to:  access;  site set-up;  concrete repair works to the pier heads;  concrete repair works to the inner pier faces;  concrete repair works to the outer pier faces;  Anchorage works to head of west breakwater;  site housekeeping;  working in a marine environment with constraints as outlined in Volume A;  liaison with relevant authorities. It should be noted that the Harbour is to remain operational during the works. The works are to be undertaken in such a manner as to minimise disruption to existing users. The method statement should reflect this.
