The Business Services Organisation (BSO) on behalf of Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) wishes to procure the delivery, implementation and on going support and development of a fully integrated electronic health and care record solution across acute, community, social and primary care settings to provide a single health and social care record for every citizen in Northern Ireland. The contracting authority is BSO as stated in I.1 awarding on behalf of HSCNI as described in Section II.2.4).
