see page 8 of the specifications Lot 1: Business analyst (multi-recipients) The business analyst provides analysis of the existing processes and data requirements to drive con-tinuous improvement of the University processes and procedures by leveraging and improving the ca-pabilities of the student information management system. Lot 2: UX designer/analyst (mono-recipient) The UX designer/analyst is responsible for monitoring and defining the user experience and ensuring that the student information management system is easy to use. Their duties include reviewing user feedback to determine potential defects or areas to clarify and to refine the user experience and per-forming usability tests to ensure functionality. Lot 3: DevOps developer (mono-recipient) The DevOps (development operations) engineer, manages and improves the communication between the operational and developmental sides of the software development process. Lot 4: Front-end developer (mono-recipient) The front-end developer develops user interface of the student information management system. They are responsible for creating the visual elements that users interact with, including the layout, typogra-phy, graphics, and interactive elements. Lot 5: Full stack developer (multi-recipients) The full stack developer uses coding to operate on both front- and back-end systems. Their main duties include creating user interactions on various websites and platforms, writing code optimized for mo-bile and developing databases and services for functionality. The developers will work both on the student information management system as well on the interfaces with the other systems of the Uni-versity of Luxembourg. Lot 6: Database administrator (mono-recipient) The database administrator (DBA) is responsible for managing and maintaining the database systems underpinning the student information management system. The DBA ensures that the database sys-tems are secure, available, and performing optimally.
