Board Impact and Improvement Programme

Description

Currently, Boards across England are at varying stages in their maturity as evidenced by the NHS IMPACT self-assessment, and other indicators, leading to variation in performance that we believe could be mitigated with the right interventions. The Board Impact and Improvement Programme is a new initiative that takes a whole Board, national approach to capability building in the service of continuous improvement and efficiency. This programme will involve the design and development of an improvement programme for all NHSE Boards which will be tested in year one with full role out nationally in years 2-3. The programme further includes how Boards within systems work together to develop their improvement approach, whether as part of a provider collaborative, ICB footprint, sub-region or region. ## Contract award Title: Board Impact & Improvement Programme
