PCI_Lot_A_164 Bishopstoke Road Flood Compensation

Description

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). HCC requires expert assistance on fluvial flood risk and floodplain compensation for the Bishopstoke Road scheme which is due to go on to planning. Significant portions of the proposed road widening are within EA Flood Zones 2 and 3. This initial Stage 1 focusses on meeting the EA via Teams and defining with the EA the parameters of what will be required for planning. Based on the feedback received from the EA in the meeting and in any subsequent communications the consultant is to develop a detailed scope of services required to support the project in Stage 2. The scope for the Stage 2 of the works should define the work required to satisfy the EA requirements for fluvial flood risk and floodplain compensation for planning.
