Building Surveying Services

Description

Activities may include Ad-hoc building consultancy including surveys and condition schedules, Dilapidations, Management of Health and Safety, Energy Efficiency, Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA), Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Managing construction works, Architectural Design services and Procurement of tenders. The Framework has a start date of 7.4.2025 and an end date of 6.4.2028 plus an optional 12 month extension. Lot 1: THIS FRAMEWORK HAS BEEN AWARDED. The figure used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated Framework value including the optional extension period. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
