As part of this exercise proposals are invited from experienced and qualified organisations to submit a tender for Option 1 (Supported Living: Service) and/or Option 2 (Solo residential care package: Accommodation and Service). Each tender will be considered and evaluated separately with the intention to select the best proposal for the Young Person. This bespoke contract is applicable for three years and an option to extend for a further two year period. Lot 1: Tender Option 1 seeks proposals from experienced and suitable organisations registered to deliver domiciliary care services for young people in order to provide a bespoke 24 hour supported a living service that is able to assist the Young Person living independently in his own home with support. A suitable property is currently being sourced by the Local Authority within the Conwy area.
