RFP 230032 - Acquisition of an Optical Profilometer and its associated services of commissioning, training, and maintenance

Description

The University wants to acquire: An Optical Profilometer and its associated services of commissioning, training, and maintenance (LOT 1), and a Temperature Control Stage and its associated services of commissioning, training (LOT 2). Lot 1: Acquisition of an Optical Profilometer & associated services - Supply of the Optical Profilometer and all accessories, - Performance of associated training services, - Performance of associated commissioning services, - Installation of the Optical Profilometer and all accessories, - Operational qualification of the Optical Profilometer and all accessories, - Warranty period of 2 years as an initial duration, with the possibility to extend with an additional 1 year, if Contracting Authority decides to subscribe to optional warranty proposed by Contracting Party. - Performance of related maintenance services for two (2) years as an initial duration, with the possibility to extend with an additional 1 year if Contracting Authority decides to subscribe to optional maintenance contract proposed by Contracting Party. Lot 2: Acquisition of a temperature control stage & associated services - Supply of the temperature control stage and all accessories, - Performance of associated training services, - Performance of associated commissioning services, - Operational qualification of the temperature stage with accessories - Warranty period of one (1) year as an initial duration
