YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the provision of workwear and PPE. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements through the following methods: Stock: establishing an agreement for providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Direct: establishing an agreement for providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider, but the provider delivers direct to the end customer. Contractual: establishing an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘Contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. The supplier will then pay YPO the agreed rebate. General workwear to include: — polo shirts — t-shirts — shirts/blouses — sweatshirts — body warmers — fleeces — jackets — coats — coveralls — trousers — chefswear. Hi-Vis clothing to include: — jackets — coats — waistcoats — body warmers — fleeces — trousers — shirts. Tabards and aprons to include: — tunics — aprons — tabards. Disposable workwear and gloves to include: — latex gloves — vinyl gloves — nitrile gloves — mob caps — face masks — snoods — hair nets — coats — aprons — oversleeves — overshoes. Gloves to include: — household gloves — rubber gloves — nitrile gloves — bakers mitts — freezer gloves — cotton gloves — drivers gloves, etc. Footwear to include: — safety shoes — dealer boots — wellington boots — safety trainers — safety clogs, etc. Bespoke workwear to include: — polo shirts — tabards — jackets. PPE to include: — caps — helmets — eyeshields — goggles — ear plugs — ear defenders — face masks. Corporate clothing to include: — suit jackets — suit trousers — shirts — ties — zip jackets — skirts — dresses — sweaters — blouses — scarfs.
