Tender for a senior client representative and property development advisor. The purpose of this tender process is to appoint a senior client representative and property development advisor. The senior client representative’s role will be to ensure that the project is correctly set up in terms of land disposals, appointment of a development /funding partner, client brief, timescales, phasing and budgets. The senior client representative will be responsible for the providing options for securing and appointment a developer who will deliver the project. The senior client representative, will oversee the disposal of the college’s property assets to a developer /funder.
