Description

The Authority, Health and Care Jersey (HCJ) on behalf of Government of Jersey (GOJ) wishes to engage with the market to seek their views on establishing a sustainable Clinical and Healthcare Staffing workforce model. Clinical staff sourced will be compliant and be able to deliver high quality patient care. HCJ would like to invite interested organisations to complete the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to the existing solutions available in the market. HCJ ahead of any formal process are seeking to undertake supplier engagement as early as possible in the procurement process, enabling the market to inform and help shape the development of temporary recruitment of clinical and healthcare staff and meet the specific requirements of Jersey. HCJ are particularly keen to engage with quality assured suppliers that can provide medical, nursing midwifery and Allied Health professionals via a managed vendor solution. Any information gathered through this market consultation exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise. Please note that participation or non-participation in this preliminary market consultation exercise shall not prevent any supplier from participating in any potential procurement process, nor is it intended that any information supplied shall place any supplier at an advantage or disadvantage in any forthcoming procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase of the project and is not part of a formal procurement process. Suppliers who wish to participate in the market engagement exercise should express their interest via the Proactis Portal to gain access to the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire. The Questionnaire must be completed and returned via the Proactis portal by no later than 12pm on the Monday 7th July 2025 (deadline).
