This contract encompasses the design, supply, implementation, assistance in migration of existing services, and on-going 3rd level support and maintenance services. The contract term will cover the design, supply, implementation, and migration of existing services in accordance with the successful supplier's project plan timeline. The 6-year support and maintenance element of the agreement will commence from the Delivery date of the equipment to the Buyers premises. This contract has been awarded following a further competition carried out under Crown Commercial Services framework agreement RM6098 (Technology Products and Associated Services 2), Lot 1.
