Children with Disabilities Overnight Short Breaks

Description

Tender is for an open framework of providers for overnight short breaks for children with disabilities. The intention is for the framework to have 2 lots; • Lot 1 - Overnight Fostering short breaks • Lot 2 - Overnight Residential short breaks The intention would be to open annually for any new suppliers to join, expanding the number of overnight short break places available and using a competitive, call-off process to source individual placements. Existing arrangements for children/young people using the current Independent Fostering Agency would continue as it would be in the best interests of the children and families to maintain these established relationships.
